FaceTheBall.com retains the copyright to the Allianz Leagues Predictions application, which is a variant of the FaceTheBall.com application. Allianz plc ("Allianz") of Allianz House, Elmpark, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland Companies Registration Office number: 143108. VAT number: 4887986M and with an office in Northern Ireland, address at: Allianz plc, 3 Cromac Quay, The Gasworks, Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 2JD, is licensed to use the application and is responsible for this Website, which is hosted by Webcore Cloud, Unit 1, Bridge St, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, Ireland.

By using this Website, you agree to be legally bound by and act strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and by all other applicable provisions. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions and/or with any other of the applicable provisions, you are not permitted to, and agree not to, use this website.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY This Website provides prediction games for personal use only. This Website must not be used for the creation or transmission of any other data and information relating to Allianz products and must not be used for any commercial purposes. Inappropriate use may be subject to legal action. Use of this Website for any purpose other than the aforementioned private, non-commercial purposes is prohibited. Any other use and/or reproduction of the information, data, materials and concepts including images, illustrations, fixtures, results contained on this Website, without prior written consent of Allianz is prohibited and will constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may also infringe Allianz's intellectual property rights. In particular, use of any automated system or software to extract any information, data, materials, and concepts from this website for display on any other website ("screen scraping") is prohibited.

PREDICTION GAMES OVERALL REGISTRATION To register for the Allianz Leagues Predictions games you must enter in your first name which will be published and surname which will also be published, e-mail address, county, club (you do not need to be a member of this club), a username, and a password which will not be published. The password must be at least 6 characters long. This password is encrypted using blowfish encryption on the database. Once you have registered, an activation email is sent to your email address containing an account activation link which you need to click on to activate your account. You will receive weekly e-mail reminders a day before a game week deadline, reminding you to submit your prediction for the week's fixtures. These reminders will cease at the close of the Allianz Leagues. You will receive a notification email next year prior to the Allianz Leagues Predictions Game commencing to advise you of same. If you forget your password you can avail of a "password reminder" by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. You may also reset your password under the "My Profile" section.

FOOTBALL & HURLING COMPETITIONS Once logged onto the Allianz Leagues Predictions website you may enter into the 2017 Allianz National Football League prediction competition and the 2017 Allianz National Hurling competition. Once you have entered into the Allianz Leagues Predictions League competition you will remain so until the close of the competitions. The full competition rules can be found here.

FOOTBALL & HURLING MINI LEAGUES Once entered into the Football and/or Hurling Competitions, you may join and or create and administrate Mini Leagues.
To create and administrate a MiniLeague, you must: -
1. Select 'Create Mini League' option on left hand side of page
2. Enter in the desired name of the Mini League
3. Press the Create Button
Once you have entered the Mini League you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the Mini League identification code. As a Mini League Administrator you may invite friends, work colleagues or fellow club members to join the Mini League by availing of the send 'invitations' facility which is located within the Mini League administration or you can mail the identification code from your private e-mail account.

Users who register to participate are providing their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

PLAYER USERNAMES, NAMES OR LEAGUE'S NAMES We reserve the right at all times to rename what we deem inappropriate player usernames, names or mini league names.We reserve the right to refuse to accept any registration which in our opinion does not meet these terms and conditions.

SCORING CORRECTION We reserve the right at all times to correct any incorrect results input for a fixture and recalculate the scores for that fixture.

FIXTURE AMENDMENT/ADDITION We reserve the right at all times to amend, delete or enter any additional fixtures that may arise during the course of the competitions.

ALLIANZ LEAGUES PREDICITION COMPETITION 2017 ENTRANTS Employees of Allianz Plc and FaceTheBall are not prohibited from entering the Allianz Leagues Prediction Competitions. They are, however, prohibited from winning any prize money. If they finish in 1st position in any of the competitions, the prize money will go to the 2nd placed player.

AGE LIMIT Players must be 18 years or over to enter into the Allianz Leagues Prediction Competitions.

REMINDER EMAILS You will receive an email reminder the day before the predictions input deadline for a competition game week. You can opt out of receiving these emails by replying with 'unsubscribe' on the reminder email or by updating your profile on the website. This does not affect your competition entry.

NB: In a game week where several players have the highest score, then the winner will be randomly selected to win the weekly prize.

EMAIL SUPPORT All queries or requests in relation to the website can be done by emailing info@allianzleaguespredictions.ie. All emails to this address will be responded to within 24 hours of receipt of the emails.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions and/or policies regarding the use of this Website at any time and to notify you by posting updated versions of the Terms and Conditions and/or policies on the Website. By continuing to use the Website following any such change, You agree to be bound by the revised conditions.

GENERAL We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed by us in writing. The section titles in the Terms and Conditions are used solely for convenience of reference and have no legal or contractual significance.

NO LIABILITY Allianz accepts no liability or responsibility for any failure, delay or problem in the use of, or communication through this Website; it being accepted by you that such use and communication may be subject to errors and delays which may be difficult to identify and to rectify. This Website and its services have been introduced for the convenience of potential customers but the usual reservations in relation to an evolving and developing technology apply. Therefore, reasonable common sense and prudence should be exercised in the use of this Website. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLUBS RUNNING MINI LEAGUES ON THIS SITE Each individual GAA Club, Association or Society has the responsibility for compliance with the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1956. Your attention is drawn to the need for the appropriate license or permit under the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1956. Each individual GAA Club, Association or Society is responsible for all aspects of the running and organisation of each mini league including collection of monies and payment of prizes. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is acceptance of all of these responsibilities.

SITE REGISTERED USERS PARTICIPATING IN MINI LEAGUES ON THIS SITE If you are participating in a Mini League on this Website you accept that Allianz provides the software to facilitate the running of the Mini League and Allianz have no responsibility or liability for how a Club, Association or Society choose to manage and run the Mini League for their members.
